We are planning an AGM with a difference. Each of the Committee members will give a short presentation describing what they have been up to for the Society, and tell us something about their own interests/pursuits. There will also be a pleasant introduction to a new project.
An opportunity for us to meet each other - either virtually or spatially distanced. A task will be set later, depending on what we are permitted to do. FOR US TO ORGANISE THIS EVENT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY 20th JUNE PLEASE! Much like last year‘s walkabout, the images taken will form part of the next meeting on the 20th of July
We will split into groups and decide which images to carry forward to the second half of the evening. Everyone will have an opportunity to present their images and everyone will have one image put forward to the second half of the evening. If you havent entered images, you will still be welcome to join a group.
We hope that by August it may be possible for us to meet up again in the Hall - cirumstances permitting.....
If we are permitted, we will be so pleased to see each other, and we will also explore using Zoom on the evening for those who are not able to come to the hall. This will be something of an experiment. As we approach the date, a task will be set for those able to attend.
St Joseph's Church Hall - and possibly Zoom?
We propose that we all provide a couple of images from the last year. We will have the opportunity to see some real photographs, on real paper. More information to follow, depending on how we are able to use the Hall.
